Amgad uses the best suitable service provider for Domestic and international shipping. We have a relationship with FEDEX that provides overnight-insured delivery. Depending on the distance, shipping costs will vary and unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are included into your final price. Amgad provides insurance on items up to $25,000. Additional insurance may be purchased at an extra cost. For orders in excess of $250,000 alternate shipping arrangements can be made with secure couriers. Please contact your Amgad sales representative to select which method best suites your needs.
MERCHANDISE GUARANTEE:
In order to provide the best possible customer satisfaction, we guarantee our merchandise by providing GIA or IGI certificates. These certificates verify that all of the information we disclose is accurate. If a diamond that is of interest to you is not currently certified, we may have it certified at an additionak cost or provide you with an in-house appraisal guaranteeing natural origin. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 10 days for a refund (Restocking fees may apply. Check your purchase agreement for any fees). As part of our commitment to our customers, we will attempt to remedy any issues before providing any refunds.
Please Note: All costs accociated with custom manufacturing are non-refundable. Shipping charges on international orders are non-refundable.

All items must be returned unworn and undamaged in the condition that they were sent. If the package is lost and not insured, you are responsible for the full cost of the item(s).
