Amgad Fancy Colored Diamonds - Wholesaler and Diamond Dealer of Pink Diamonds, Yellows, Blues and Fine Jewelry

As a wholesaler and manufacturer of loose natural colored diamonds and colored diamond jewelry, Amgad’s customers vary from fellow jewelry industry professionals to private clients from around the World. We allow purchases to be made with credit card, personal check, wire transfer, money order or certified bank Check. All prices listed are in US dollars. The following is a detailed description of our purchasing policy as of October, 2005.

CREDIT CARDS:

Amgad Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. In order to protect our customers as well as our valuable merchandise, we utilize a number of security procedures in oder to verify proper card usage. These procedures include address verification, voice authorization and conferences with the issuing financial institution (if necessary). In addition to signing a purchase agreement, we also require a copy of photo Identification. For all card-not-present transactions a copy of your credit card (both front and back) will be required. Where we cannot verify your information independently, we will ask you to participate in a conference call with the issuing bank. We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation in this process as our merchandise is of high value and all precautions against fraudulent activities must be taken.

Shipping charges on international orders (including Canada and Puerto Rico) are non-refundable. Although Amgad is familiar with international tariffs, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws with your country.

PERSONAL/CERTIFIED CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS AND WIRE TRANSFERS:

Payments made by personal check, money orders, wire transfers or certified bank checks will be transferred into Amgad’s account located in New York, NY. Personal checks and bank checks must be drawn at a U.S. bank. Personal checks must have at least the customer’s name imprinted in front of the check. A copy of ID is required as well. Checks are payable to Amgad Inc. and can be mailed to:

When paying by wire transfer, the customer is responsible for any associated fees. For wire transfer information please call 800-437-8444 or 212-997-9060.

Please Note: When paying by personal check or wire transfer we cannot process your order until the funds have cleared with our bank. We must have bank confirmation that the funds were received before the sale is deemed final. This can take up to 1 week from the day we receive your payment. (By including your bank’s phone number, you can expedite this process.) If we do not receive your payment within 1 week of placing the order, a customer service representative will notify you.
